Marsden's Happy Tail ♥ My Good Boy

Marsden's intake picture at the Stark County Pound My name is Marsden and this is my Happy Tail.

I used to lived in a place where I was not taken care of nor was I truly loved. I remember the day that I left that place, my mind and my heart were racing as I ran like the wind. I didn't know where I was running to, but wherever it was I knew it had to better than where I was living.

It wasn't long before I finally found my right place, my home. Right now I am lying next to my mom's feet getting ready to take my nap. She is typing away on her computer keyboard...I wonder what she's typing?

Dear Friends of the Pound,

It was the end of June 2008 when I adopted an adorable little guy. I named him Marsden and I couldn't be happier with him. I fell in love with his Pound picture when I saw him online and instantly knew I had to go see him in person. The second I saw him in Cage 53 I knew that he was coming home with me. The couple of days wait until he was neutered and could come home was just torture.

Marsden is very energetic and silly and fits so well into our household with our other two dogs. He loves to play fetch in the yard and play Marsden is such a good boy! "keep away" with his new brother Makodo who is a five-year old, 70-pound, Malamute/Husky mix and his new sister Mia who is a four-year old, 65 pound, Malinois mix.

He's amazingly beautiful and a very smart learner. I feel very lucky that I found him and I am quite sure that he feels the same - he's sleeping at my feet as I type this.

Thanks so much for taking care of this boy until I was able to bring him home. He's such a good boy.

Jennifer

My mom just reached down, rubbed my head and said, "Marsden, you're my good boy." Everytime she says that to me I know that I am finally loved.
